Gah....

Despite finally getting all of my perscriptions yesterday (including a more powerful version of the decongestant I normally use) I still feel like I'm drowning in snot. Gack. This may be something more than just my allergies doing overtime. So much for escaping the yearly Con Plague.

Don't know yet wether or not Metro found my phone on the bus yesterday- I won't be able to find that one out until after 10 this morning. The waiting is annoying the hell out of me. Admittedly I'd rather not have to buy a new phone and work at getting back all the numbers I'd saved into the old one, but still. One way or another I'd rather have the waiting done with.

In other news, one of Sascha's eyes was swollen puffy and leaking clear fluid this morning when I woke up. The swelling/leakage had calmed down a lot by the time I'd left for work, but still- I'm giving the vet a call today. I'm just waaaay too paranoid about my babies.


In other news, be prepared to start seeing some shameless self-promotion posts again soon. It's that time of year, after all.

A funny thing happened on the way to the drugstore.

So, just got off the phone with the doctor's office, and found out something very interesting.

There's two versions of Guaifen (one of my normal perscriptions in my daily allergy drug cocktail):

Guaifen, which is what the Queen Anne Bartell's has been giving me this entire time

and Guaifen-PSE, with Pseudoephedrine, which is what I was originally prescribed, and just got refilled with.

I've spent the last two years on the wrong drug!
