One of the things I'd love to see in my ideal future?

Men should be allowed to take permanent markers to the "sex tips" section in any women's magazine, for being the lies and slander that they are.

On birthdays....

First off, just because I've been being lazy about remembering to re-post this:

Brenna's birthday is coming up, and we'll be throwing a party in a nearby park to celebrate on the 21st. If you'd like the info and want to attend, drop me a line, and I'll send the evite to you. For those who want to attend, but hate evites with a passion, let me know and I'll just send you the information directly.

I've also got a birthday coming up. Which is weird- for once I have no huge plans to celebrate it or anything. It's almost a non-event in my mind. If anyone does feel the need to get me something though, here's a few ideas:

1- Paid LJ time. (I'm out again. gah.)
2- DVDs/a gift subscription to netflix (god, I miss that service).
3- The head of the programming director for SciFi channel (specifically because I'm sick of them marathoning utter crap during the day)
4- (the truly spendy item) A functional game console with some decent games. It can be any console, I'm not that picky (yes, I even mean old consoles.)

In other news...

I so need to get me one of these babies....
