Adventures! And OW.

So, I has had adventures.

I blame most of this on my cold, the lack of sleep, and all the cold medicine I've been downing.

Managed to lock both keys and kid in the car this morning while we were preparing to leave for daycare.

Ended up having to climb the outer series of balconies outside our apartments and enter through our balcony door to get to the spare car keys. And, of course, in the middle of all the climbing (since it's pouring down rain at the time) I managed to slip.

Caught myself rather quickly, but the insides of both hands and my right knee feel like someone took a hammer to them.

Got the kid off to daycare ok, ultimately. Adrenaline's wearing off now.

Ugh.
