Left the house for work and 6:30.

Arrived at 9:07.

Throw in walking from greenwood to Aurora in the middle of that somewhere- Big Steep Ice-slicked hill.

At least I don't feel guilty about skipping the workout this morning, but now every muscle I've got feels like jello.

That, and I'm convinced that metro needs to make a new accessory for all the buses- pads to go over all the handgrips, sculpted to resemble the throat of whoever it is at Metro HQ that's in charge of their disaster preparedness program.
