I just go to food.com and look for fried rice. Wherever it says "beef" I'll try "bacon". I've only made it once (with beef) and it was fairly straightforward and easy. The only time consuming part was cooking the rice the night before so it was cold enough to cook right. Although if I do it this time I can probably use less oil as the bacon will be slightly more greasy than beef to start with.
