On birthdays.

So, We've got a move coming up, once we find a place. And I've got a birthday coming up. Which means, like every August when this has happened before, my birthday will get overridden by moving. Not that I'm minding, believe me. But yeah, when I turn thirty this year, probably no big party. I'm taking the day off, just plain because I deserve a damn rest, but otherwise, not expecting anything major. Should anyone out there in the sound of my tapping away at the keys decide to purchase me anything in celebration of three. full. decades. on this planet...
Hoodies. I lurv me my "Fuck Off," hoodie, but the zipper is unfortunately going, and well, Brenna will be learning how to read soon. So yeah, I need a replacement. Ones like this would rock. See he zippered front? That's the truly important part. For those who don't shave their heads, a pullover hoodie plus headstubble can be the most obnoxious simulation of velcro I've ever had the displeasure to feel. Shirts in similar styles are always cool as well (I run L to XL.)
Media. Let me keep this brief. Here's my Amazon wishlist. Not that you have to buy these things from them, but it gives you a good idea of what I'd enjoy at least, right?
Art. Nice thing about moving? The potential for wallspace again. And the chance to hang new stuff, archive old stuff (Like all my theatrical show posters) etc. So, yeah. I'd like one of everything, please.
Other than that, if anyone wants to get me something for my birthday, then please, keep it simple. Or at least small. We'll be moving after all, and well, packing up more stuff isn't always a good thing. Much less not knowing if i even have space to display whatever tchotchke, gizmo, or other piece you might think I need.
