Sadly not, but she escalated to my manager, which resulted in my manager repeating the same questions I had, and saying "So, as Jim says, you're the only person on your floor for who this is happening to? So, everyone else can get to the site? Hm. You're SURE you typed it right? Oh, you didn't? Okay. Bye!"
