Now, while there's some col imagery/concepts in there, I have to ask this, and it's more just me probably, but what the fuck is up with performance artists and seizure-type movement? It doesn't carry any fucking meaning to it when it happens. It does not aid the story or concept. It's just a random limb spasm. And it's detracting from the rest of it, in my opinion at least. Thoughts?

I'm not a huge fan of the twitching either but it fits in the "birth" section of the video. She's spasming and twitching up to the point where she wakes up much as one would expect that a baby about to be born is twitching and fighting to be born.

The second one though? I have no idea. It just looks strange. And the third one I think could "fit" with the birth of the first...but it doesn't seem to. Maybe they meant it as something to indicate the internal struggle to make those decisions?
