Nice. One of my faves from you, I think. You might also have hit on a fun fashion/costume niche... I'm thinking of the ornamental/ceremonial (small enough to be non-functional as armor) gorgets that continued to be work by officers for a time bleeding into that Steampunk likes to emulate.
