Yep, we'll have gardening, though the focus is going to be more on food than flowers (I'm allergic to most of the flowering half of the Northwest, so better to go for the stuff that has edible value at least.)
As for the mix, it's a bit of art and full sun for the most part. Biggest thing we'll need to find though is a quick growing ground cover- there's a ton of blackberry at the top edge of the front yard (it's on a rise) so we'll need a quick filler when we rip a chunk of that out- I want to avoid ending up with a front-yard mudslide. Any good suggestions?
