winneganfakeRight. Since my friends list has gone through some growth spurts of late, I figured I'd better do a post about this stuff again- especially since people don't always read/notice the things written on user info pages.
I post a lot about arts stuff and do even more shameless self promotions. i'm also involved in some oddball long-term projects. I tend to keep the majority of the posts about those projects on certain filters, just to keep people's eyeballs from hemorraghing when they just wanted to check up on me and see how I'm doing.
So, here's the filter list. Consider this your opportunity to speak up and say if you want to get put on any of these filters (yes, I automatically put some of you on some of these when I first added your journal).
70171- The electronica project I'm working on. Hell, I've even released an EP disc already. (the curious can check it out at ( http://store.mixonic.com/70171 ). Most of the big publicity posts and stuff are usually done on the main page. This is more for when i'm talking about working on individual tracks, or when I post any new sample uploads for listening to new stuff i'm working on.
Tormented Artifacts- This filter doesn't see much use at this point, largely because there's not much going on with it at this point. T/A is my own small business- comprised of maskmaking, gasmask art, propmaking, as well as rubber fetishgear/accessories. Warning- when I do post on this filter, I usually post pictures. Nothing that isn't worksafe, but it will eat your bandwidth for breakfast.
VISION- VISION is a psychological horror/fantasy RPG that I'm working on designing. Posts are usually diary entries from characters to give background on the game world ingeneral, or posts with the detailed system rules for actually playing the game. I don't make these posts public for several reasons:
1- I'm not going to make people sit through 3-4 versions of the character generation rule systems unless they actually want to.
2- Security/Copyright protection. It's not that I'm worried about someone snagging this stuff so much as I just don't want to leave the opportunity for it to happen.
Anyways, if you want onto (or off of) any of these filters, just reply on this and let me know.
