An event notice! And a ROAD TRIP!!!!

winneganfakeAll right, now that the caffeine rant's out of the way, time for a more important announcement- name that of an AWESOME upcoming event, the Rose City Steampunk Film Festival in Portland.
Clicky the banner for links and schedules and ticket buying and such. But at any rate, for only fifteen bucks, it should be a downright amazing day full of steampunk cinema.
And I'll be there vending as well, which brings me around to my second point- I'm driving down in a big van with a bunch of totes and three empty seats- and I'm more than willing to carpool with folks to help lighten the load on fuel expenses, not to mention having some potential company on the drive.
The hours suck for it, as I have to leave Seattle fairly early that morning to head down there, and I'm planning on driving back that night as well, but if you want to attend and have no other way to get down to PDX, then this might just be the thing for you.
