Ok, that was waaaay faster a response than I'd expected. That said, I'll be cobbling together a preorder page in the next couple of days, once I finish the mock-up cover and a few other projects. Here's what the price rates for preorders (note, retail price will be different) look like.

Domestic- 14.95 per copy, plus 2.95 for shipping (.75 cents added for each copy ordered after the first.)
International- 14.95 per book, plus 6.95 for shipping. (same additional increment per book after the first)
