Yes, downright gorgeous, though incredibly underfed stray. She was obviously used to people/families, considering she responded to 'sit' and 'stay' commands. Even brought me a stick at one point. Poor thing was starving though. Managed to hook her up with a little food, and an hour later she'd wandered off completely and utterly- haven't seen her since.
It's more just a shame because she was so friendly, and so desperately obviously wanting some affection and a nice warm place to curl up, eat and nap in- wish we could've given it to her.
That said, for those of you in the area, keep an eye out for her, please. hopefully we can get her to the local pit bull rescue and she can get the care she needs (and hopefully, ultimately a family who *can* take care of her.)
