Hellfire and damnation.
Mar. 30th, 2004 07:11 amSo, the performance review happened yesterday.
The comments on my attendance I expected, as well as the compliments over training/supervising three different employees in the past year.
The part that got me was the fact that all (well, everyone EXCEPT management) our salaries have been moved down a grade level. We're not making any less money, but thanks to that change, I'm currently making 110% of my "entry-level" salary grade. Which means no raises. period. My manager, in her infinite wisdom has also decided to add more duties to my workload. So now, I'm basically doing a lead's job, with an entry-level employee's pay rate.
All of this thanks to our CEO's idiotic decisions on backpedaling by screwing the employees after overextending himslef in attempting to expand this credit union.
Do I see a homicidal shooting spree in my near future? Maybe. Just maybe.
