The status of things:

Home-

Imagine our surprise to get a call while at the grocery store this weekend from our housemate, only to find out that she'd just caught the kittens doing the dirty! Yeah, Mina's in heat. Thankfully the house has a door that divides the place up enough to give the kittens room to run around but still be seperated. So, looks like someone gets to make an emergency vet trip this week. Aside from occasional bursts of yowling and camping out at the door that splits up the house, they seem to be handling the seperation fairly well.

Also got to go bowling with the Greenstage folks last night. Good times, even if it once more proved that me and bowling balls don't mix well. (I think my best score was an 89.)

Tormented Artifacts-

Met with the rest of the people we're splitting up boothspace with. This con should kick ass in general. Between the four of us, we're bringing in some utterly different product from what I've seen at con before. Should turn some heads.

Aside from cutting blanks for quick custom orders on rubber pieces at con, I've pretty much finished up with the rubber. Time to move on to the leather and cut some mask blanks for new designs. I'm hoping to sport a 50/50 mix of old and new masks on the table, but we'll see how the time for working on stuff ends up.

70171-

Cycle Zero tracks are finished, mastered and ready to go. Finalized the art design for the cover with [livejournal.com profile] staxxy yesterday, and as soon as I get that back from her withtext on it, the album's going up for sale online and getting pressed.

Cycle One- three tracks left to finish, plus one track to remix.

Squatters/Troupe du Jour-

Tonight sees the beginning of rehearsals. We've now got an entire cast again (I hope, haven't heard from Chryste yet on that one) and get to do the read through tonight. Four weeks to go until run begins.

Work-

Oh, yeah, that day job thing. Sigh. Still have it (I hope!) Performance reviews happen this week. Wish me luck, people.

Good old Warren Ellis (Transmetropolitan, Bad World, Lazarus Churchyard, and notably [livejournal.com profile] mistersleepless) Has actually asked his Lj readership one question. "Should I read your Livejournal?"

73 replies so far and counting. If he actually looks over most of those, well, I feel for him. There's too many rabid fans out there. Like me, for example.

Some LJ's are just plain not meant for public viewing. And I doubt this one is either, just looked over my last 20 entries, and I'm realizing that without context, a lot of this is just blather.
