If anyone was sent anything by me between 9am and, well, now, do not open it. Laptop just got laid low by a stack of spyware or viruses. Running Adaware on the laptop now, hopefully that'll do it.

In the meantime, the only obvious thing that got put onto that system by it was something labeled "Genuine Services Installer." Ringing a bell with anyone?
