All right people, time for some interesting news. Well, news that I find interesting, at least.
So, I've gone over the material again, and gone over the pricing, and everything else.
Looking it all over, it looks like there's two good bits of news:
1- If I keep at it on the same schedule, I should have the book for the Windrow-Ravenswood Deck finished in late July or early August. It'd have all the original divinations for the cards, the pseudo-history of the deck, a specialized method for using the cards as a fortune-telling tool, and at least a solitaire variation. Also a (text only) guide to the Lost Arcana. It'd be in perfect-bound format, and weigh in around 180-200 pages (roughly).
2- That's close enough datewise that I could go ahead and set up a preorder page for interested folks. Prices for preorders would indeed be less than final retail (probably 14.95 as opposed to 16.95. that depends on whether I'm able to bulk-order stuff or not) and once again, we'd be looking at separate shipping rates between domestic and international orders.
Factor #2 depends entirely on interest, though- so, folks, let me know on here, on twitter, on wherever- is this something you'd be preordering right away if the page went up for it? Is it something you'd preorder anytime before, say, mid july? Comments count here folks, because setting this up takes time and careful planning on my end, so if I'm going to do it, I want to make sure there's enough interest that the project doesn't shoot itself in the foot. So, comments?
