Y'know what I'd like to see re-done for TV? Robotech. As in a live-action, BSG production level, well-written, well-acted version of it. Just the first-season Macross stuff, no need to throw in the metaplot or the other two seasons. But still- those mecha or similar. On that kind of production scale..... droooooooooooool........

but yeah, something akin to BSG would be AWESOME for robotech generation one. Fuck, don't even have to EVER show the Zentradi... i could easily see the entire show playing out on the SDF-1 or in the cockpit of a Veritech.
