Mostly because I haven't sat down and figured it out yet.So, let's see: It's a one shot- I will probably never have the appropriate materails at the same time to replicate this, and if I did, there'd be large, noticeable differences. Noticeable enough that it would be a whole new piece. So, uniqueness becomes a factor. Material cost is about four bucks in elastic and rivets, since everything else was purchased for use on other projects originally and has since been paid. Worktime was about ten hours.
So, factor for the fact that it's an original, a unique, and add in the time value of whatever I'm currently valueing my time as (I have no fucking idea what that value would be right now.) and I'd have a price. This is why I don't do this kind of pricing on the main stock-line masks.
