Ok, that does it.

Sick of being made responsible for my unit's mistakes, without having actually been given responsibility for said unit.

Sick of being given all the supervisorly duties in general, without recognition of such in title, respect, pay, or anything else.

Sick as fuck of the pay situation (read, no review of salary in over a year. Also known as: still making two dollars less an hour than what I was initially promised I'd be making for this job.)

Fuck all of it.

Resume's updated. I'm officially jobhunting.

If anyone knows of somewhere actively hiring, I'm great on the financial/accounting/deposit coordination (enough financial experience to do everything short of ACH transfers as a deposit coordinator, also equivalant to an Accounting Assistant or Accounting II postition, depending on methods and software used.). I've been working a full-scale production-level environment for the last year and a half, so crisis situations are, well, the norm for me, and I don't mind working 'em. Can also make divine coffee and espresso, ship damn near anything via most shipping services, And can kick a lazy employee into high speed verbally in under thirteen seconds. Resume and references provided upon request. Questions?

I work at the UW - lots of great jobs there, state employee benefits and holidays, blah blah. I think it is a good place to work. Plus, you get a heavily subsidized bus pass and access to lower cost childcare.

Damn man, I am sorry to hear about your current situation. I wish you the best of luck finding a job where you are appreciated. I have heard those jobs exist...but Hell if I know where.
