I'm still looking for answers on this. Here, i'll even help out: Category of Categories is Potions. Specifically, potions that transform people into monsters. Currently, all answers are fictional or fiction based. (Lot 6 from Firestarter, Perrelli's Miracle Elixir from Sweeney Todd (It's indirect, but the challenge over the Elixir led downwards into the spiral of Sweeney's monstrosity, so it qualifies.))
