I need to go over the debate vid and find the exact context, but apparently, yes. It's a mix of bad camera angle, giving him the illusion of being closer to Obama, and him being in the middle of some other gesture while speaking is my most basic guess. So, not a 'shop, but not something really noticeable unless you're doing a frame-by-frame.
I'm not particularly interested, they weren't going to change my mind, the debates were overly scripted and should have included any candidate who was one enough ballots, representing enough electoral college votes, to potentially win.
Only if I convert it to an LJ avatar-size. Which my computer here is not letting me do for some reason. Keeps saving it as a static gif instead of animated.
