McCain's exploring his potential career as frontman for the septugenarian thrash metal band "Gum me with your Kiss"

Their first single, "Back in Eight," hasn't quite taken off yet, though we hear it's been well received among the newly-formed Federal Republicans.


Sarah Palin, on the other hand, was last seen shouting "You haven't heard the last of me, you puny Earthians! " before climbing into a Hummer3 loaded with bags from Saks and Neiman Marcus (we assume Trig was somewhere under all of that), which quickly extended wings and flew off into the night sky in a cloud of toxic smoke.
