After converting 39 degrees Fahrenheit to degrees Celsius, I have concluded that you are residing in perfect bbq weather.

Of course, Canukistanians have a fine layer of fur to keep us warm and we live in igloos dry ice and use Tim Horton coffee cups, so maybe I'm not one to judge. :P
