...And no, for the record, I didn't feel the earthquake at all. And yes, I was up and conscious at that hour.

That said, I've also had a ferocious headache today. Connected? Possibly.

And, at some point, DeviantArt pulled a sneaky one on me. Apparently they've now gotten rid of the discounts for artists buying their own prints. To which, I of course have to say: WTF????? I have to pay retail for my own stuff? Ouch. (Ok, fixed that part, still need to do the latter anyways. or win the lotto. Preferably both.) Need to find a local printer stat and get price quotes. Preferably one that can handle 24x24 (minimum) on archival paper stock. Argh.

Hmm, the option's still listed as available for me when I go to buy one of my own prints. Did they make an announcement about this, or could your subscription have expired?

No announcement that I've seen- I just noticed it when pricing up a batch of my stuff to order for myself. And my subscription's still current. Weird. I think I may have to bug someone over on their end and find out what's going on.

When I was living in Seattle and we had that earthquake (was that 2001?), I broke out in a rash afterward. Like, a nervous rash or something. So maybe your headache is related. You know how some animals are able to sense when earthquakes are going to happen? Maybe you're just sensitive to the aftereffects?

Or maybe you just have a headache.

Either way, I hope it goes away soon.

If you get a headache from a minor earthquake, be glad you don't live near Anchorage, AK. They're getting ready for the volcano to blow. I can't resist this one...
