Ok, DeviantArt came out with a new feature that may just help some with the job search and such. They're now offering some very easy and simple online portfolio management for stuff, which includes being able to upload a resume to go with the portfolio, and clean URLs (so that nobody's scared off by seeing Deviantart in the URL.)
Anyways, here's one of the two I've created using it. Input on this'd be great, or passing it around to anyone who might need some graphic services.

Give them something to make them want to go further. Influence, technique, mediums, hell even passions. A potential employer needs to know what drives you and your art. Stand out form the others and all that BS. you klnow - marketing. :)
Can you change the order of the prints viewed?
The Devil vs. Daniel Webster is cool, but not your best work in there. You need reviewers to be "grabbed" instantly and want to go deeper into the images. Similarly, you'll want your last few to be equally as strong as your first few. Primacy and latency efect is a powerful tool for those reviewing a lot of portfolios and images. Start/end with BOLH plates. I'd suggest Plate 12 as a starter and Memory of Stolen Fire as a Closer - those are your 2 of your strongest pieces IMHO.
Similar thig with Print Design. I'd start with Squatters (very nice!) and end with Belgium. Those are the ones they will remmeber the most.
