Chaos, chaos, chaos. At least it looks like it'll be sunny and warm chaos today though.

That being said, for the curious, here's what my wonderful schedule for today looks like.
6:30-2:30 Day job. Sigh. Also known as day I attempt to research some weird shit.
2:30-3:30 Bus ride home.
3:35 Jump on scooter like the running maniac I'll be, and get my ass to Mcpherson's Leather on cap hill.
4:15-5:30 Pick up EVERYTHING else I'm going to need from McP's for con.
5:30-5:45 DINNER! Well, whatever fast food I can get through the quickest.
6:00-10:00 Rehearsal. At least I don't have to hold up a wiggling 110 pound weight for ten minutes straight tonight.
10:45- until I fall over- cut mask leather, cut smaller leather bits to go on masks, finish off the pre-made bracers and chokers.

Anyone wanna help with my "weird shit" research? Here's one for you, I need the name "Grendel" rendered into a runic translation.

That and I need a truck the weekend, so's I can get my hands on some poles. Upon which, I inted to mount some heads. Sick joke or Viet Cong audition- take your pick.

A translation, or a transliteration? I can definitely get you the second, or even do it myself, and can possibly get you the first.
I have many friend who are Norse culture geeks.

Transliteration, sorry. Don't need the spoken, just what it'd look like done in runes phoenetically.

Let me amend that: Do you want the way the Anglo-Saxons DID write it, or the way the PROBABLY wrote it. I don't think the former exists at all, but certainly the latter can be come up with. And do you want the Anglo-Saxon shapes?

Considering that this is for minor detail work that'll probably blend into the rest of the design, overall, I doubt it needs to be that historically accurate. So probably for the first answer, and yes for the second.
