Well duh, yes it'd be a fun idea for an event, but what are you doing to make it happen now* while you have time? How can we offer to help make it happen if we don't know what you've done yet and what you need. What are the priority tasks now? Contact Jason Webley to see when he'll be on town and put Nathan on notice that his preferred instrument isn't big enough to satisfy your desires? Put out the call to vendors? Book a venue and start applying for permits? Do you even have a date set yet? Really, that last post wasn't enough to rally the troops yet.

Well, yes, but let's face it. I'm the guy what makes and sells the shinybits. What this'd really need is some kind of planning/organizing genius who can cause events and people to willingly submit to her organizational skills. Someone who loves taking the time to make all the little details fall into place.
