Ugh. I'm still either fighting a short-term variant of con crud, or still exhausted from Sunday, or both.


Time to just push that the fuck over though, there's business to do.

First off, I know there's still a few designers reading this, so, guys, I've got some questions for you or for anyone who's got experience with this: I need tips and pointers on getting my hands on some models.

Wait. That didn't come out right.

Models- I need to get them on my list.

Ok, that's no good either.

*deep breath* Ok, I need models for a runway show in about a month and a half- tips or pointers for how to put together a decent call for such would be good. Should I be offering compensation of some form, what all details should I be putting out, and what're good venues to post said call other than all my usual haunts (LJ, DW, DeviantArt, Twitter, and FB)?

I'd model for you if I knew how or was the right type, but I suspect I am not, being short and curvy and not any good in heels!

Actually, that might work just fine, depending on your level of comfort with things. It's for the Norwescon Fannish Fetish Fashion show, and well, it's my stuff- masks, accessories, and such- I'm not moving into designing full-on outfits or anything.
