I really doubt anyone's ever wondered this, but for anyone who's curious, this is one of the variations I use for emails when a customer's asking where their order is and we've had a delay on getting stuff to the post office:
Mr. Yournamehere-
Yes, the order has been shipped- we had a slight hiccup in shipping due to a number of events, and the shipping gnomes responsible for the mistakes have now been soundly chastised. So, my sincere apologies for the delays, but yes, your order is on it's way as we speak.
