Our cat's gone missing.

...and I'm crossposting this one real quick from plaidbrat's journal, so as to boost the signal:
Okay local folks, my cat Mina has gone missing. :( We have searched the house hi and lo and in every cubby. The garage has been searched and downstairs has been searched, just in case she snuck in when Dmitri was setting up Thomas' mail.
So, if anyone in the Greenwood/Crown Hill area happens to see her, let me know please! She went missing last night when I was out and I did not notice until this morning, as I crashed out quickly from being out late but I did notice that I did not have Mina curled up in the crook of my knees when I woke up (it's her favorite sleeping place). Please call me if you have any leads. We're about to go post signs up and talk to neighbors. Dmitri has already called animal control and no found cat fits her description. I've also sent emails to both MyBallard.com and PhinneyWood.com to see if that will help with leads.
My cell is (206) xxx-xxx (sorry spambots, I'm redacting this bit- if you need to contact us about her- comment, email, call if you've got our numbers, etc, please!)
Here's a good picture of her. :(

Shoot - her entry is FLocked
Date: 2011-07-10 02:01 am (UTC)Look - whoever the cat is fondest of must put on an old shirt. Sweat your heart out in said shirt.
Put the shirt in an open cardboard box and leave it some yards away from the home.
Check frequently.
I gave this advice to a woman in a forum whose cat took off after a recent move. It seemed like a good idea. The logic was sound.
It worked.
