Why the hell would anyone want to watch that cartoon? It was HORRIBLE.

Kiss my ass, Tobey. I actually liked the thing. It was certainly better than the unmitigated crap they passed off as an X-men comic.

Well, I should have no room to talk anyways - I still watch Speed Racer, and we all know how bad that show was as far as cheesiness goes.

Heh.

Which crap was that? Having been a fan of the Xmen comic oh so long ago - or did you mean the cartoon? :)

Sweeeet! I didn't see much of it, but it's one of the series my ex-partner did storyboards for. I still want to pick up Gargoyles for the same reason.

Cool!

Yeah, Gargoyles (at least the first couple of seasons, before that time-travel-by-boat arc) is on my list as well.

If only they'd do a serious animated adaptation of the current WildCATS comics... Man, that would be some pretty amazingly cinematic stuff...

PErosnally, I'd love to see them do an adaptation from Ellis' run of Stormwatch. Now that'd be some good entertainment as well. Only question is what style of animation?

Is Maxx out on DVD yet?

They just republished the entire comic run as six graphic novels, and I am trying not to watch my VHS copy of the Maxx too much for fear of killing it.

Not yet, still only the VHS, which might as well be made out of platinum, considering how hard it is to get an undamaged copy.

Dammit, I thought you meant the Snipes/Harrelson/Hawn football movie.
