Everyone I've talked to has said that the Iron Man movie is great.
Maybe so. But I don't really care. At this point, I think I'm suffering from comic movie burnout. That, and the comic movies out there still aren't totally satisfying me. I mean, three X Men movies and no Gambit?
Star Wars and Flash Gordon are two properties whose movies I would go see even if the director was on record saying "Well, our remake has the action taking place on an abandoned oil platform in the North Sea, and all roles have been reenvisioned as miniature ponies in clown suits. We're really excited about the new direction for the franchise."
