Didn't get the norwescon table. Damnit.
Still don't have the time/skills/$$$$ to get a functional website up for Tormented Artifacts. Godamnit.
Debating whether or not I should even continue to try and keep a maskmaking business that I can't get the stuff I need to promote/sell product. Godfuckingdamnit.

Dmitri--

Can't help with the Norwescon table, but may be able to help with the other -- although as Teresa can tell you, I'm a little busy this week at Microsoft, I'm a commercial/marketing writer, so I could do brochures/flyers for you, and while I'm not the world's greatest web designer, I can make a good functional web sites that you wouldn't be embarrassed by. And we could probably talk about trade for part or all of it. Drop me a note if you want to talk about it -- I don't think you have my email (although I know you have Teresa's). I'm at brent@writingnw.com

You might want to eneter the art show. That way you get a table and possibly earn extra cash on bids but at the same time keeping direct sales a good chance. plus your badge is reduced in price as well

just my penny

even without sales there, that's a great way to get exposure...

I'm getting a domain for myself this month, to try to start selling my silks. I'm not the best web designer, but I can put a functional page together, and I've got people to go to for help and soforth. If you want to chip in on the startup costs, we can probably work something out. Wouldn't cost too much, really. And having somebody else on board would give me the kick in the ass I need to get the ball rolling.
Jules has my number, but usually it's easier to email me: aquarum@aol.com

Actually have my membership + 2 others, to be exact, as Paul may not be there all four days, depending on just how squirmy the kidlet is by that point.

Thanks, but I'm just going to go with Art Show membership this year- I'm realizing part of my frustration is that I need space for stuff on my own terms. Simply so that I can focus on promoting my own business while I'm there.

My friend(the owner)at Edge of the Circle books some times does consignment for people. I knew someone who was selling thier mask at his shop but seem they no longer do. It might be worth calling him. His name is robert you can find the number in the book. Just tell him your a friend of mine(say the cute Laurie, he knows another).

Well, actually,

I was consinging stuff at Edge for a while, and Robert didn't have the space to continue carrying pieces. Not to mention that what was there didn't sell, so I ended up scratching that off as a consignment place.

Cool! Speaking of which I need to talk with you on figuring out all the copyrighting/crediting/etc on those pics. That and I wanna discuss doing a full product line shoot sometime in the next month or so. Think you'd be up for it?
